All orders are subject to availability. We do our best to keep our menu, pricing, and product descriptions accurate, but availability may change based on inventory, preparation schedules, delivery timing, or other operational needs.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

Payment must be completed at the time of order unless otherwise stated. Orders are not confirmed until payment has been received.

4. Delivery & Pickup

Delivery availability may vary based on location, schedule, and ordering deadlines.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Braisin’ Hell is not responsible for delays, missed deliveries, or issues caused by incorrect addresses, unavailable recipients, or incomplete delivery instructions.

For orders placed through third-party delivery platforms such as DoorDash, Uber Eats, or Grubhub, delivery timing, platform fees, driver assignment, and delivery-related issues are managed by the third-party platform.

5. Order Changes & Cancellations

Because our products are prepared in advance and are perishable, order changes or cancellations may not always be possible once an order has been placed.

If you need to request a change, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate the request, but changes are not guaranteed.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products and food safety standards, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us directly within 24 hours of receiving it. We will review the situation and work toward a fair and reasonable solution whenever possible.

Customers are responsible for following all storage and reheating instructions provided. Braisin’ Hell is not responsible for product quality or safety issues caused by improper storage, delayed refrigeration, incorrect reheating, or failure to follow instructions.

We take pride in the quality of our food and preparation process. However, natural variations may occur in size, texture, color, seasoning, smoke level, and appearance.
